Accessibility
Both the exhibition building and the seminar rooms have barrier-free access by means of a ramp or an elevator. Both buildings have barrier-free toilets.
Services for people with visual impairments
There is a tactile guidance system for people with visual impairments in the exhibition building. A tactile overview map with exhibition texts in braille and in large fonts can be borrowed from the reception desk at no charge.
Simplified language services
The Memorial to the Victims of the Euthanasia Killings offers an exhibition catalog written in simplified German.
Since 2017 we also offer tours and workshops in simple German. This service was developed in 2016 together with the social aid organization Lebenshilfe Werkstatt Brandenburg an der Havel, which received the Inclusion Prize from the city of Brandenburg in February 2017.
