Employees of social work ("welfare" under National Socialism) participated in the stigmatization of people into so-called "community aliens". Profession-specific study days take up these aspects and question the causes, forms and consequences of the participation of nursing staff or welfare in Nazi euthanasia.
Physicians were also part of the National Socialist policy of exclusion and killing. The profession-specific or study days focus on the participation of physicians in Nazi medical crimes.
